"Nice place. One of the better around. Staff were friendly and helpful. Grounds are a little outdated. Cleaning staff was a little negligent. I understand they don't clean fully every day. However towels were taken by cleaning staff and not replaced! Left with no toilet paper also. But that is the worst thing about it. We enjoyed our stay a great deal "

"Room floors were sticky and with black soot. The shower was very tiny and no handicap bars or handles. I had to carry my luggage from the 3rd floor because the elevator was broken; there was no staff to assist."

"This place was a relaxing peaceful oasis that allowed my partner and I a once in a lifetime experience of Rincón. The sunset views were spectacular. As far as staff goes, Angel was an absolute gem and when we come back to the area this will be our destination!"
